How would I go around opening a support ticket? Do I dm a bot or is there another specific way to do so?

So I purchased the rust (simplex) key for 1 month access. I joined the discord and tried using the bot to activate the key, but it still does not work. Am I missing something? What else would I have to do to activate the key?
